Shaker Woods Village 2020

1. By the order of the Health Department, all attendees MUST have their temperatures taken before being permitted to enter the woods.
2. There will be NO hand stamping at gates. Guests will receive a wrist band in place of hand stamping and will be responsible for putting on themselves.
3. There will be NO registry to sign up for next year’s show.
4. Our employees, retailers and public will be required to wear a face mask.
5. If a medical condition exists, a face shield must be worn.
6. We have extended and cleared 2 more areas for picnic tables and all tables are situated 6 feet apart from each other. We now have 4 picnic areas and each will be supplied with a hand washing sink and 2 hand sanitizer stations. Each area will be staffed to clean each table after every use
7. Benches throughout the woods are more than 6 ft apart and we also will have staff to wipe down benches throughout the day.
8. Plexi glass has been installed at our ticket booths and each employee will have their own hand sanitizer and will wear gloves if recommended and changes gloves often with the use of hand sanitizer.
9. There will be NO entertainment at this year’s show. Benches are again all placed 6 foot apart.
10. Retailers are required to follow RestartOhio retail guidelines for businesses. We will recommend that all retail products be outside of booths and follow social distancing. All retailers will have hand sanitizer at their booths and again will follow the guidelines as directed. Maximum capacity per booth will be posted.
11. Food concessions shall comply with the standard RestartOhio Covid-19 rules for restaurants.
12. Signs will be posted at the 3 gates stating not to enter if you have any symptoms and social distancing will posted throughout the open- air woods.
13. We have camper spaces available. We will have the spots marked with more than enough distance between and have a fire escape route marked. We are not an official campground and we do not offer water, electric or dumping. All campers must be self -contained. Miller & Co will be onsite to pump black & grey water if needed.
14. As we move forward, we will work directly with Columbiana County Health Department.
15. There will be 3 entrances and 3 exits. We will only permit a total of 3200 people inside the fence at a time and this number includes our workers and retailers. We will have each of these staffed with number counters and radios for each to keep an accurate count.
16. We have a map online as well as in our program showing the layout and will supply Columbiana County Health Department as soon as we have it completed.
17. Staffing of 15 safety team members will be on-site to monitor and ensure guests and employees follow protocols.

Here we will carry on the tradition of hosting more than 200 of the best juried craftspeople in the country. Each craftsperson will be dressed in Shaker period clothing while demonstrating and selling their remarkable handmade wares.

While on the grounds, bring your walking shoes for a journey down the rustic paths throughout the beautifully manicured woods, while enjoying the aroma of great country cooking over open fires and the sound of free entertainment located at two different stages throughout the day. If rest and relaxation are your desire during the day, enjoy one of our extraordinary man-made gardens that only Shaker Woods can deliver. It's simply relaxing.

Admission Rates

General admission tickets will be on sale at the gate. ATM machines will be available on site. 

$8.00 per day per adult
12 and Under are FREE

Group rates are available for groups of 10 or more!

Parking is FREE.

Please, no pets.

Special Note: Shaker Woods does not provide scooters, wheelchairs or other equipment, but patrons are welcome to bring these items. If individuals have further questions, they will be encouraged to call (330) 482-0214 or email shakerwoods@cs.com. The public is also notified the paths are gravel and some booths may contain steps.
