Kurz Metal Art is locally owned by a father/son team, Thomas and Joel Kurz. The original Kurz Blacksmith was established in 1874 in Youngstown, Ohio. The forming of metal is part of the Kurz heritage. Today, we carry on the metalsmithing process with beautiful custom signs in various shapes and colors—all 100% made in the USA, in our shop. We guarantee the workmanship.
Our business seeks to provide Art De’cor through metal signage and metalsmithing. We partner with our customers to develop a unique sign that speaks to their story. We capture those special moments or places and provide signage that revives memories every time someone sees it, making each sign “one of a kind.”
The metalsmithing process provides a unique way to display memories.
